Today, Giving Culture launches a new partner – Australian World Orchestra – and two new voucher offers for MAHLERFEST, AWO’s once-in-a-lifetime concert that pairs Mahler’s 4th and 5th symphonies. There are just two performances – find out more below!
The AWO brings together Australia’s finest classical musicians, from the world’s greatest orchestras and ensembles, to create a uniquely electrifying musical experience. The AWO’s leading musicians hail from prestigious ensembles such as the Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra, Chicago Symphony Orchestra, Los Angeles Philharmonic Orchestra, Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra, Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra, London Philharmonic Orchestra, London Symphony Orchestra and more. Find out more about AWO here.
We have also introduced ‘Donate: Gold’ and ‘Donate: Silver’ packages. If you’d prefer to donate the value of your Culture Voucher to one of our partner organisations, Giving Culture will do so on your behalf.
Earlier this month Limelight announced its 2024 Artists of the Year, including the inaugural Giving Culture Award for favourite performance – you’ll need to click on the link to see who won! We also sent out Gold Culture Vouchers to four lucky voters in the poll, who should receive their vouchers in the post this week.
